How long will it take for my Xorbee to arrive?
Most Xorbee’s are shipped in 3-5 business days, however it sometimes takes up to 8 business days to ship the orders out. Depending on your location, it will take 2-5 business days in transit with UPS Ground to your location. You can expect your order to be delivered in 5-10 business days after placing your order depending on your location.
All Xorbees are handmade when ordered, we take craftsmanship seriously, which is why Xorbees are shipped only after they've met our relaxation expectations.
How much does shipping cost?

How do I check the status of my order?

Dimensions are measured at the widest point of the Xorbee and weights are within a few pounds. The floor print of each Xorbee is slightly smaller because of the shape. Xorbee’s are frameless furniture which means there are not rigid corners for dimensions. Xorbee sizes exceed the industry standard for foam bag chairs and we give you measurements to ensure you don't purchase a product that will not fit into a space that is too small for it.
For shipping and handling reasons all Xorbee’s must be highly compressed before shipment. For best results make sure to take your Xorbee out of its compressed box when it arrives. Xorbees can sit for a couple months in its compressed form however it will take longer to expand back to its original size with each month of storage.
Does my Xorbee need to time to expand?

It will take 5-7 days after your receive your Xorbee for the product to FULLY expand. Feel free to use your Xorbee while it is still expanding but realize that the foam must get air back in all pieces to fully expand.
To speed the process of your bag fully expanding, re-fluff your Xorbee a couple times a day in the first week to get air into the foam. This will ONLY need to be done for the first week or two because of how compact the foam is for shipping purposes. Also ensure that all large pieces of foam are broken apart which will also speed up the expansion process.
